INVETEL is happy to provide a full service to our customers. We will also, should it be required, provide full project management for installations where we are not the primary supplier but the client lacks sufficient skills or resource to carry out this task in-house. Projects can range in size and we have staff with experience that includes managing large World Bank Transport Projects.
INVETEL's roots are in Transport Research and we have a core of experienced Associate Researchers. In addition we have extremely strong links with the Transport Operation Research Group at The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. TORG is an Internationally recognized research department with a wide range of skills at its disposal.
We can undertake research for clients on a number of transport issues, primarily in ITS or related topics, we do however also have Experience in Best Value and Benchmarking projects and would look forward to discussing this with you further.
INVETEL can offer support to clients wishing to install DRTS systems. INVETEL will install equipment to vehicles and provide contract support for your fleet. In addition we can offer User requirement research and service design with the software of your choice. We can set up your call centre and manage the project for you. In addition we are able to monitor and evaluate your service giving you valuable management information and benchmarking services.
Driver and Dispatcher training can be given for all installations and supplied equipment. Where appropriate this will form part of Installation costs. However it may be necessary to train additional staff at various points in a project. INVETEL will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide training facilities where needed.
Should more formal training be required for Managerial or technical staff then we can carry out in-depth training in ITS.
